holiday apartment elisabeth am see® building

elisabeth am see® has been in the family since 1903. The current building was constructed in 1930 utilizing the latest brick construction of the time and resulted in two-storeys plus a finished attic level residence. The owner and architect, Jörg Becker, has lovingly modernized the entire home since 1995. The first phase focused on re-constructing the upper level, including a wonderful observation deck. The living unit on the first floor was reconstructed and modernized in 2000. In 2008/2009 the entire physical plant was updated to reflect the latest energy consumption awareness and the above and below ground levels equipped with a spa and lounge. Three words drove the project: exquisite, exclusive and elegant! Two residential units in the building currently have tenants, however, the living experience on the mezzanine and basement levels remains the highlight for the owners and their guests.
